Common questions
Where's my sign-in link?
Magic links come from no-reply@kestreli.app and expire in five minutes. Check spam once, then request a fresh one — old links die when a new one is issued.
An import read my confirmation wrong.
Nothing saves without your approval — fix any field on the review card before confirming, or discard it and add the plan manually. Forwarding the (personal-details-scrubbed) confirmation to support helps us improve parsing.
Where's the iPhone app?
In final testing. The web app at web.kestreli.app is the same product, same account, same sync. If you'd like a TestFlight invitation when the beta opens, email us with "beta" in the subject.
How do I get my data out?
Settings → Your data → Export downloads everything as JSON — free plan included, no questions asked.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account, with a typed confirmation. It erases your trips (including for people you shared them with), vault files, and sign-in. It is immediate and irreversible — export first if you're unsure. We can't do it for you by email without written confirmation from your account address, on purpose.
I lost access to my email.
Your account identity is your email, so recovery runs through it. If you've lost the mailbox itself, contact support — we'll verify ownership carefully before touching anything. Expect friction; it protects your documents.
